WS2818 or MT16703 IC is break point continue, if one pixel breaks down (not work), it won’t affect other pixels’ working, the signal can continue to move forward.   Breakpoint Continuous Transmission (one pixel damaged will not affect the other LEDs’ working, dual signal wires, signal can jump to transfer).

WS2818 is a new ic chip which updated by WS2811, can use the same led programs as ws2811, ws2812b. can use the same led pixel controller and same led files effects.
